Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design effective test plans and strategies.
· Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
· Drive the implementation of best practices for test automation, including framework design, code reviews, and continuous integration.
· Mentor team members on automation techniques and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
· Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
· Analyze test results and provide insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in software quality.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in QA and automation to drive innovation and process improvements.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
· Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
· In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
· Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
· Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications in QA, Java, Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright are highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications
· Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients. Experienced working in an Agile setup – preferably Safe Agile methodology Ready to do a hands-on role.
